Amending your password

Find out how to change your password

Whether you need to change your password for security reasons or simply need something easier to remember, we can point you in the right direction. 

Steps to amend your password: 

1. Head to our homepage. 
2. Click the 'Log in' icon at the top right corner of the screen. 
3. Submit your login details, and you should be redirected back to the homepage. 
4. Select the 'My account' icon in the top right corner of the screen. 
5. From the blue menu bar on the left, select 'Account settings'.
6. Choose the 'Your password' tab.
7. Complete your current password, then either click 'Generate' to provide a suggested password or enter a password of your choice. Confirm the new password.
8. Then simply click the 'Update' button.
