How to manage subscription access for the members of your group

Easily manage access by assigning group members to the resources they need, ensuring everyone gets the right tools at the right time!

The manager in your school group can now allocate customised access rights, to suit each users’ personal requirements.  

If you have purchased a Primary Maths and Primary Science subscription at the 1-10 user bracket, the manager can allocate access to each user based on their personal needs. 

A group manager will need to follow the steps below to assign access: 

  • Click the ‘My account’ icon 
  • Press the ‘Group settings’ button 
  • Click on the ‘Manage access’ tab 
  • Identify a user from the ‘user column’ and tick each subscription they require access to

If you are unticked from a subscription on the Manage access page you will not be able to access the premium resources. 

If you are a member of a group and can not access subscription resources that you require, please speak to your group manager to check your assignment.
