Have you created your very own quiz codes and QR codes but not sure how to use them with the Infinity pupil app? Not to worry, we have the answer you’re looking for!
The Infinity pupil app allows student to scan the QR code or manually enter the quiz code if they have no access to a camera.
Pupils can use the QR code or quiz pin in two ways: If they have a pupil access code, they should enter it so their results can be tracked in their account. If not, they can still take part — just without their progress being saved.
For pupils with a pupil access code
For pupils without a pupil access code select the login icon in the top left corner
If they haven't logged into their pupil account on this device before, they may be asked to enter your school code. This is a six letter code which can be found on the quiz share code.
They will then be asked to enter their three word pupil access code.
If no quizzes have been assigned to the pupil yet, they will have the options to scan a QR Code or enter a quiz pin on their homepage.
For pupils who have assigned quizzes, they can scan a QR code or enter a quiz pin by clicking 'Menu' in the top left corner of their home page. Then select whether to scan a QR code or enter a code
For pupils without a pupil access code
Here’s how to scan a QR code:
- Open the Infinity pupil app
- Press the “Scan QR code” button
- Place the printed or on screen QR code in front of the camera
- The quiz will begin to load
No access to a camera? No problem! Here’s how to access the quiz using a quiz code:
- Open the infinity pupil app
- Press the “Enter code” button
- You may first be asked to enter your school code. This is a six letter code available on the share code
You will only be asked to enter the school code once. It will then be remembered on the device that has been used.
If the incorrect school code is entered, this can be changed on each device.

Enter the quiz pin. This is also found on the quiz share code.
