Find out what to do if you haven’t received your invoice

Our Accounts team aim to invoice all orders within 3-5 business days. We always recommend checking your junk and spam folders to ensure the email hasn’t got lost along the way.

If it's been 3-5 business days and you still haven't received an invoice for your purchase, please head over to our contact us form to request a copy. 

It would be super helpful if you could provide the order number or school name, address and description of order when you submit your request to help ensure we can send you the invoice you are looking for. 

If you need a VAT receipt for an order paid for by credit card or PayPal, this is available in the 'Orders' tab of the 'My account' section of the person who placed the order. Alternatively get in touch with our Customer Care team to request a copy.
