I selected invoice payment but want to pay by card, what should I do?

Once an order has been set to invoice payment - whether you selected this option at checkout or your order was raised manually by our team - it is not possible to switch to a card payment online. Any orders raised manually or as a quotation by our team will also be set to invoice by default.

However, you can still settle your invoice by card by calling us directly.

How to pay an invoiced order by card

  1. Call us on +44 1422 433323.

     

  2. When prompted, select option 3 to reach the accounts team.

     

  3. A member of our team will take your card details securely over the phone to settle the outstanding balance.

     

  4. Once payment has been taken, a receipt can be issued by our payment provider.

     

Please be aware: Card payments can occasionally take a few days to reconcile on our system. During this time, you may receive an automated payment reminder - please disregard this if you have already paid by phone.
