How to return an order for a refund
Surplus stock or ordered incorrectly? We'll try to help as much as we can.
Provided the items are unused and in their original unopened packaging, in most circumstances, we will be happy to accept a return.
Please note, if the items were purchased as part of an annual workbook order, we do not accept partial returns. To qualify for a refund you will need to return the order in full.
Steps to return items:
- Make sure you submit a return request via our contact us form prior to returning your items.
- Please let us know your order number (or school name, postcode and order details) and full details of the items in question and the reason for the return
- Please state if you would like us to arrange a collection on your behalf via our courier, DPD*
- If you would prefer to arrange to return the items yourself via your own courier service, please include the original packing slip in the parcel

Once the items are received and checked to be in a resalable condition, we will issue a refund via your original method of payment.
*Please note, there is a collection cost involved; we will notify you of this prior to arranging the collection
