We are so sorry to hear that items in your order have not arrived in tip-top condition. We put a lot of care and effort into despatching our orders, so it’s frustrating to hear something has gone wrong along the way. 

Head to our contact us form and one of our helpful team members will look to rectify the issue.  

It would be appreciated if you could include the following details:- 

  • Order number (or school name, postcode and order details). 
  • Details of the damaged items. 
  • Images of the packaging (how it arrived), which include the address label. 
  • Images of the damaged contents
