Group member shows "Invite pending"
If you’re a Group Manager and have invited a team member, you may see the status “Invite pending” but the team member has not received the invitation email.
What to do if the invitation email hasn’t arrived

Wait a few minutes
The invitation email is usually delivered within 5 minutes. -
Check junk or spam folders
Ask your team member to check their junk/spam folder to make sure the email hasn’t been filtered out. -
Check with your school IT department
If the email isn’t in junk/spam, it may have been blocked by your school’s email system. Your school IT department should be able to check and release the email if necessary. -
