If you are unable to access pupil data, the first thing to check is that your email address is MIS verified.
If your school has a live Infinity+ subscription but you are unable to access pupil data on Infinity+, this may be due to the email address on your White Rose Education account not matching the email in your school's MIS.
When you first access Infinity+, if the email address on your White Rose Education account does not match the email address assigned to you within your schools MIS system, you will be unable to access any pupil data.
Your Infinity dashboard will display the below error message and give you the option to update the email address you log into White Rose Education with. You can click the 'Update account' option to be taken straight to your account settings page.
If your employee data is not being shared with White Rose Infinity through Wonde, you will also see this message. If the email address associated with your White Rose Education account matches your MIS email address, please ask your Wonde administrator to review the access control settings for White Rose Infinity to ensure your data is being shared.

If you do not know the email address assigned to you within the school's MIS system, ask the administrator for your school's MIS. They should also be able to update this for you if needed.
