Connecting Infinity to your MIS with Wonde
Understand how Infinity accesses pupil data for logins and performance tracking when you choose you connect your MIS, ensuring confidence in the security and protection of your information.
Infinity will integrate with your school's MIS system (SIMs, Bromcom, Arbor etc.) via Wonde.
This allows automatic pupil account creation. Updates to pupil and class details in your school’s MIS are automatically reflected in Infinity.
Schools can choose how they share pupil data with Infinity. You can connect your MIS via Wonde, upload a spreadsheet, or choose not to share pupil data at all. Just pick the option that works best for your school’s needs.
Changes to the data stored in your MIS, for those whose data is shared with White Rose Education through Wonde, will update automatically in Infinity.
Please allow 24 hours for changes in your MIS system or to access control settings in Wonde to be visible within Infinity.
Wonde’s portal gives schools full visibility and control over the data they share.
For your connection with White Rose Education through Wonde there are some permissions that are required for Infinity to function and others which are optional.
You are fully in control of what permissions you grant and whose data you share.

The Wonde administrator for your school can view and amend the permissions granted to White Rose Education at any time. They also control whose data is shared with White Rose Education.
Changes made within your school MIS system and to whose data is shared will automatically update what data is accessible within Infinity.
For example, adding a new student to your MIS whose data is shared via Wonde will allow automatic account creation for that child.
When a child is removed from the MIS or their data is no longer shared through Wonde their results data is anonymised and no longer visible within the results.
