Find out what you need to do to increase the number of users who can access your school subscription
New staff joining your team? Running out of user spaces on your subscription?
No problem — you can upgrade directly through our website!
With our new package builder, it's easy to increase the number of licences on one or more of your existing subscriptions. Plus, our subscriptions are fully customisable, so you can set different licence levels for each one to suit your school’s needs.
When you upgrade to a higher user licence using the package builder, your existing subscription will be renewed at the new licence level. Don’t worry — we’ll credit you for any unused time on your current subscription. Your new subscription will then run for 12 months from the date of the upgrade.

After upgrading your subscriptions, a group manager must assign access to the appropriate users. To do this, they should go to ‘Group settings’, click on the ‘Manage access’ tab, and tick the users who need access to the resources.
