Renewing a subscription

Find out how to renew your subscription

Is your subscription due for renewal or recently expired?  Not a problem - renewing is super simple. 

Steps to renew your subscription: 

1. A current member of the group should head to our homepage. 
2. Click the 'Log in' icon at the top right corner of the screen. 
3. Submit login details, and you should be redirected back to the homepage. 
4. Click 'My account' in the top right corner of the screen. 
5. Select 'Orders' from the blue menu bar on the left-hand side. 
6. On the 'Subscriptions' tab, click the 'Renew' alongside your subscription. This will direct you to the package builder page.
7. If you wish to add any additional subscriptions to your package you can select these here. The number of teachers will be automatically selected at the level of your previous subscription. 
8. Click 'Proceed to checkout'.
9. On the checkout page, under “I’m buying for...”, please select the appropriate option. Schools can choose to pay by school invoice/BACS once a school option has been selected here. 
10. Complete all fields and select the required method of payment on the right-hand side of the screen. 
11. Click 'Place order'. 
12. If paying by invoice, our Accounts team will issue this within 3-5 business days.
