Thinking of making changes to your subscription when renewing? This helpful article will guide you through how to customise your package with confidence.
Steps to renew your subscription:
- A current member of the group should head to our website homepage.
- Click the 'Log in' icon at the top right corner of the screen.
- Submit login details, and you will be brought to your 'My account' homepage. (If you are on a different page of the website you can access your account homepage by clicking 'My account' in the top right corner of the screen.)
- Select 'Orders' from the blue menu bar on the left-hand side.
- On the 'Subscriptions' tab, click the 'Renew' alongside one of the subscriptions you wish to renew. This will direct you to the package builder page.
- If you’re renewing a single subscription, it will be added to your basket.
- If you have multiple subscriptions expiring within 30 days you will be asked if you would like to renew all subscriptions. Selecting 'NOT NOW' will only add your selected subscription into the basket for renewal, 'ADD TO BASKET' will add all subscriptions highlighted into the basket for renewal. - Your basket in the top right corner should reflect the selected subscriptions for renewal.
- If you require a higher user licence for your renewal than is currently held, please select the subscription you wish to increase the user licence for and amend the bracket for your renewal
- You can then add any additional products at the desired bracket to your basket, before clicking 'Checkout'
- On the checkout page, under “I’m buying for...”, please select the appropriate option. Schools can choose to pay by school invoice/BACS once a school option has been selected here.
- Complete all fields and select the required method of payment on the right-hand side of the screen.
- Click 'Place order'.
- If paying by invoice, our Accounts team will issue this within 3-5 business days.
