What has changed?
You know us as White Rose Maths, experts in the world of maths education, delivering innovative resources for teachers and students. You may have heard that we have recently launched a range of new products, and we’re excited to announce that we have changed our name to better reflect this new direction. We are now White Rose Education!
This new name is about more than a fresh look. It's about expanding our horizons and dipping our toes into even more subjects. But don't worry; we're still as passionate about maths as ever! Whether you're an educator seeking diverse teaching materials with supporting CPD, or a parent looking to supplement your children’s learning, our package builder ensures that you get exactly what you need.
We've also built in some popular bundles which group premium resources that work well together, such as our Primary Plus bundle, which includes access to our primary science, primary maths Fluency Bee and on-demand CPD materials.

What's more, we're excited to announce that we've opened up the first block of all our products as a free trial!
You have the opportunity to get a taste of our brand-new resources before deciding to add them to your subscription.
It's as easy as heading to our main resources page, choosing the subject and year group you want to preview and selecting the first block. Once there, you'll find everything is available for easy download.
By accessing our free content first, you can ensure it is suitable for your needs before making a commitment to purchase a subscription.
Existing customer account changes
Alongside the changes you'll see to our website very soon, we've also been making some improvements in the background:
Unified School Account and changes to 'Teams'
Managing resources for your school is about to get a whole lot easier. Coming very soon, schools will be able to access everything in their subscription from one single account, making it much more convenient for schools and teachers that subscribe to multiple resources.
After the transition, setting up separate teams to access your resources will no longer be necessary and all members of your school subscription will belong to the same group. Additionally, as new members are added to your subscription, you will only have to add them once instead of having to invite them to multiple teams.
This will grant everyone on your account seamless access to all the resources included in your subscription, ensuring everyone in your school community can easily explore and utilise the full range of resources available to them.
Aligned Expiry Dates:
For existing customers who currently have more than one subscription with us, we have brought your renewal dates in line with each other, meaning all of your resources will expire at the same time. What's more, if one of your subscriptions was due to expire before the other, you will have gained additional access for free!
We're hoping this change will make it much easier to manage your subscription with White Rose, with less admin for you to keep on top of and only one date to remember for renewing your access.
If you would like to be billed separately for each of your subscriptions, that's no problem at all. Our Customer Care team will be on hand to support you with a manual order. Find information on how to get in touch here >
What do these changes mean for you?
We're hoping that there is minimal disruption to your ongoing experience with White Rose, and we aim to make things even easier for our customers. However, you may notice that a few things are different as we transition.
A new web address
Firstly, all of our resources have been migrated to a new website. But there's no need to worry! If you happen to access our old website after the switch, you will be automatically redirected to our new online home. Rest assured that all content will remain accessible as before.
Updated materials
You may also notice the former White Rose Maths web address on some of our resources as we continue transitioning. We're working to update all materials to reflect our new name and web address.

Why are you changing the website name?
We've changed our website name to better reflect our company's mission and the services we offer, including resources across various subjects. Find out more on our new Science curriculum here >
What happened to my existing account with the old website name?
Your account remains active, and all of your personal details and preferences remain the same. The only changes are the website name, url and some new features in the shop and account area.
Has the website URL changed too?
Yes, our website URL changed to align with our new name. However, if you use the old URL, you'll be automatically redirected to our new website.
Will the changes to the account area affect my saved data or preferences?
No, all your saved data and preferences will remain the same. We've upgrading our platform to serve you better, but rest assured your personal information and preferences have not been affected.
What are the benefits of the My Account changes?
Schools will be able to access all of their resources in their subscription from one place, without having to join multiple teams. Our goal is to make managing your account as easy and efficient as possible.
I don't want everyone at my school to have access to all resources; can I override this change?
Our decision to transition to unified school accounts was driven by valuable feedback we received from schools and teachers, all aimed at enhancing our services. We're so sorry if this change conflicts with your specific needs.
We encourage you to reach out to our Customer Care team so that we can better understand your requirements and explore possible solutions or alternatives that can address your concerns. We're always grateful to receive suggestions from our customers, as these insights play a vital role in shaping future developments.
What are the benefits of the new package builder?
You can mix and match the premium resources you want access to as part of a single subscription, creating a tailored package suited to your needs. There are also some amazing discounts when you subscribe to more than one product.
Will you be offering free trials of the new resources before I have to buy?
Yes! We wanted to ensure all our customers get the opportunity to preview our brand-new resources before committing to subscribe. That's why we're excited to announce that the first block for all of our products are available for FREE. Simply head to our main resources page, choose the subject and year group you want to preview and select the first block. Once there, you'll find everything in the first block is available for easy download.
I have bookmarks and shortcuts to your previous website. What will happen to them?
If you have bookmarks or shortcuts to our previous website, they will still work. You'll automatically be redirected to our new website. You may wish to bookmark the new URL so you can get access as easily and quickly as possible.
How will I recognise your emails after the change?
To begin with, you’ll continue to receive emails from White Rose Maths whilst we transition over to our new name. Over time, our emails will come from a new email address; however, they will still have the same look and quality of content you're accustomed to.
What do I need to do for this change?
There's nothing you need to do. We will handle everything on our end, and the transition will be seamless for you. If you have any issues, our Customer Care team will be ready to assist you.
