I'm having trouble accessing premium resources

Get help if you're struggling to access resources under your premium subscription

Have you recently subscribed to our premium resources but can't access them?  We understand the need to get this issue resolved without delay and thankfully, it is a straightforward process.

Steps to access resources on your individual subscription: 

When you originally placed your order, if you didn't already have an account registered to your email address, a new one will have been created on your behalf. 

We issue a confirmation email to the email address used which will include details of a temporary password. 

  1. Head to our homepage 
  2. Click the “Log in” icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen
  3. Use the password provided in your confirmation email, and if successful, you will be redirected to our homepage 
  4. Select “My account” in the top right corner of the screen and select “My resources” and you should now have access to your resources. 

Can't locate your confirmation email? Make sure you check your junk/spam folders to make sure it hasn't gone missing there. If you still can't find it, then head to this helpful article to guide you on how to do a password reset. Alternative, contact our Customer Care team who will be happy to help.


              Steps to access resources on your school's group subscription: 

              To access resources through a group subscription, you will firstly need to create a free user account if you don't already have one. 

              You can do this by visiting our homepage, clicking ‘Log in’ and then using the option to create an account.

              Once you have a White Rose Education log in, a Manager of the group will need to invite you to join the group. 

              If you're not sure who the Manager your account is, head to our contact us form and one of our friendly team members will be happy to check that for you. 

              1. Once invited by the Manager, you should receive an email advising that you have been invited to join the team (remember to check spam/junk folders!). 
              2. Click the link within the email, and you will be redirected to our login page. Here you can log in with your existing account details or, if you're already logged in, refresh your page.
              3. You should now be able to access the resources by clicking the "My account" icon in the top right corner and  viewing the “My resources” tab. 

                The joining link is issued on the basis of one-time use and is only valid for 24 hours. 

                This means if you do not have an existing account at the point of clicking the link, the link will no longer be valid if you revisit the email later. 

                In this instance, you need to set up your account and request that the Manager invites you to the team again.
