Once your Infinity+ subscription is active, Managers within the group can check which teachers have access to Infinity+ features and data with the following guide.
For an employee to access Infinity+ they must:
- Be a member of your school's White Rose Education group with access to Infinity Core
- Have their White Rose Education account email address match their email address in your school’s MIS.
- Have their employee data shared with White Rose Education through Wonde.

Once the teacher is a member of the school group the email address associated with their White Rose Education account is checked against the email addresses shared through Wonde from your school’s MIS. If their email address matches they are MIS verified and can access Infinity+.
As a manager within your school group you can view which group members are MIS verified following these steps:
- Log in to your White Rose Education account. You will be brought to your ‘My account’ homepage.
- As a manager within the group, you will have three options in the bottom left corner on the blue menu bar: account settings, group settings, and log out. Please select ‘Group settings’.
- Click on the ‘Manage Infinity’ tab. Here you can see all members of your school group listed with the email address their White Rose Education account is under along with their MIS status.
If the MIS status is ‘Linked,’ the group member can access pupil data in Infinity+. If ‘Not Linked,’ they cannot access data, and their email must be updated in their White Rose Education account or the school’s MIS.
Where the email address in the teacher’s White Rose Education account needs to be updated, they can do so following this guide.
Those who can’t yet access Infinity+ due to an email address mismatch will be notified on their Infinity dashboard and prompted to update their account.
Please allow up to 24 hours for changes within your MIS system or Wonde access control settings to be reflected on this page.
Infinity+ integrates with your school’s MIS through Wonde to ensure you have complete control over whose data you share with White Rose Education. Please speak to your Wonde administrator about the access control settings for White Rose Infinity to ensure that all employees who require access to Infinity+ are shared.
